This Privacy Policy explains how Najim Studio (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit najimstudio.com or contact me. I am responsible for your personal information as the data controller.
Information I collect
I only collect information you choose to give me, for example when you send a message through the contact form, email me or message me on WhatsApp. This may include:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- your business details and anything else you include in your message
If you become a client, I will also keep the details needed to deliver your project and invoice you, such as your billing information.
How I use your information

After this, I delete your information securely.
Keeping your information safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include secure hosting, an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and strong passwords. Some of the services I use may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use appropriate safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct information that is wrong
- ask me to delete your information
- object to, or ask me to limit, how I use your information
- ask me to transfer your information to another organisation
To use any of these rights, email me. I will reply within one month.
